We believe that to achieve a holistic wellness lifestyle, we should create a constant harmony and balance in all aspects of our lives. For us, the existing CORE on Earth is Human Beings & Nature.  We will create more awareness about them. With the help of our guests and members, we will form our very own #LegacyCommunity that will be focused on enhancing the CORE’s Well-Being (Human Beings and Nature) and its development. This Legacy Community will be enjoying a day-to-day holistic wellness lifestyle, which hopefully will grow and will expand to others.

Health Centre



A space for you to unwind and rest while sunbathing at the outdoor swimming pool and reading your favourite book, or to flush all those toxins from your body at the steam room with natural aromatic herbs, or to soak in the outdoor and secluded hot & cold hydrotherapy Jacuzzis. If you are feeling energetic, we also provide active programs to keep you fit and in movement;  like  aqua aerobics,  circuit exercises; mobility & flexibility; or do a morning run in our green areas; or you can simply rent a bicycle for a day and cycle around our centre to discover the charming Thailand’s countryside. Mindfulness Hub



A harmonious space nestled in nature for you to unplug and to be tuned into your serene mind, and be one with yourself, while discovering yourself during this beautiful process. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, sound healing, forest-bathing and other wellness workshops taught in English can be organised for a minimum of 8 students. Contact Us for more details:


Holistic Retreats and Tailored Wellness Workshops



Join one of our 4-8-12 days holistic retreats taught in English, which combines a comprehensive range of theory and practises for you to learn, experience and integrate into your day-to-day life. Yoga will be practised twice a day and meditation once a day. Some of the included workshops are   Yoga Philosophy, Mindfulness, Pranayama, Forest-Bathing, Journaling, Chakra System, Ayurveda (Nutrition) and Thai Arts & Crafts. Also, for the students booking 8 – 12 days, we include two field tours for you to discover Thailand, its culture, and landscapes. Every day, you will have some free time for relaxing or joining additional activities, such as: observing elephant’s river bathing; bamboo raft river ride; temples tour; etc.  Our holistic retreats can be organised with a minimum of 12 students. Master Health Check Up and Onsite Nursing & Medical Service



We can arrange for you, under request, a set of Master Health Check Physical Exams – at Dan Makhan Tia Hospital, which is located only 25 minutes away, for your general revision and peace of mind. Our Master Health Check Up will include: Haematology, Clinical Microscopy, Clinical Chemistry, Immunological/Virology Section, and X-Ray. Pre-book this service, two weeks in advance of your arrival.   Contact us for more details.

We can provide onsite nursing consultation service during your stay (2-4hrs/day) for most physical ailments. Pre-book this service, two-three weeks in advance of your arrival. In case of an emergency, we can  call an an ambulance service at an additional fee. Contact Us for more details.
