1. Compost STATION (สถานีปุ๋ยหมักจากเศษอาหาร)
We collect food waste from the resort and compost it with cow manure until it decomposes into organic compost, which is then used for growing vegetables within the resort.
Besides food waste, we also sort other types of waste based on the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle concept. We record the weight of the waste generated from our resort's operations for analysis. This tracking system helps us monitor and reduce our Carbon Footprint.
2. Leaf STATION (สถานีใบไม้)
We gather dry leaves and dry grass within the resort and ferment them into planting material (potting soil) for use in our agricultural plots. This high-quality soil can also be sold externally.
3. Vegetable GROWING STATION (สถานีปลูกผัก)
With a genuine desire to deliver good and safe food to our guests, we grow organic vegetables for our customers' meals. These vegetables are grown using potting soil made from composted leaves and food waste fertilizer.
In addition to vegetables, we also plant herbs, kitchen garden plants, and various seedlings. A portion of the herbs is processed into various types of drinkable tea, such as butterfly pea tea, mulberry tea, pandan tea, and stevia tea.
4. Chicken STATION (สถานีแม่ไก่ใจดี - Happy Hen Station)
We raise free-range chickens. In addition to letting them peck at natural food, we supplement their diet with vegetable scraps trimmed from our organic vegetable plots. Since we do not use hormones or antibiotics on our hens, we feed them herbs like lemongrass and green chiretta (Fah Talai Jone) to keep them healthy. The organic eggs from these happy hens are cooked and served to our customers, while the chicken manure is composted with food waste to be used as fertilizer in the farm.
